Logan’s big trip to the Big Apple
Arrival in NYC and Dinner
- Leave Charlotte to la guardian
- Bus to subway (standing room with Logan)
- Get out in the lower east side and make our way to Indigo Hotel on Ludlow street
- Corn dogs and mozzarella stick at OK Dog
- Dinner with family at great Spanish’s style restaurant
- Nalevanko’s in New York Menu
- Logan Dance Party
- Tyler, Colleen, Matt, Rihannan, Dave, Jen, Marty, and Shawna
Day 2 – Explore and Party Day
- Morning pool time with Dave, Matt, and Logan
- Walk to to La Duree for macarons
- Lunch in the la Duree Garden
- Took the Subway to Downtown
- Walked around the point to the World Trade Center
- Explored the underground mall, Logan drank all my crazy Asian Drink
- Hotel nap
- Walk to the “Peasant” for dinner and Tyler and Colleens reception
- Logan dancing and playing in streets
Day 3 – Bus Rides, Naps, and Food
- Bus rides of downtown.
- Logan fell asleep on bus.
- Transferred to uptown tour around Central Park
- Got off at the met for chicken gyro
- Walk to Ralph’s coffee
- Stopped at another La Duree
- Logan walk through a protest for furs
- Passed through Dominican parade
- Subway back to hotel.
- Swimming at pool time
- Little Italy tour and then dinner/play in a park (get the Cheese Horn, way better than the canoli)
Day 4 – Tired out and back to CLT
- Walked for breakfast bagels
- Walk to park
- Saw cars people parking lot shuffles for street cleaning
- Subway back in bus to Airport (no events)
- Played at kids section in airport, paint towers, planes and boats.
