Surprise weekend trip to Colorado to visit Ben, while he would be free on the weekend for adventures. Eventually, we were able to settle plans on visiting and camping at Vedauvoo, WY.
Got into boulder early and took the bus. Stopped at Neptune Mountaineering for some supplies and coffee. They complete retrofitted the store and it is now spiffy shop with lots of stuff.

- Meet Carl, Drove to vedauvoo in his truck
- Hunting for camp spot – Too many van lifers
- Climbed a couple route before sunset
- Pretty Morning Hike to the monolith,
- Classics, meat jamming
- Hike to the Top of the Hassler hat box, (cross country)
- Top of the rock climb.
- Dinner and camping
- Climbed around the nautilus
- Drove back to Boulder
- Hung out with Bruce in North Boulder
- Finally Rained in Boulder (figures), no scrambling,
- Hike around Flatirons
- Snarfs stop and Upslope brewery
- Trek to airport and home.
