Thanksgiving 2014

It’s that time of year again, hunting, exploding pumpkins, intense bingo matches, mass amounts of turkey, firewood gathering, and maybe something a little random. It is Thanksgiving time! After being stuck working the day before thanksgiving for the 1st time in a long time, we made the haul from Charlotte at 5:30PM on Wed. With Car pizza, (the greatest thing ever) we made it up to Crabtree, in about 7hr 15 mins, really good time.

The days were filled with fun with the family. My Dad and I made some great batches of deer jerky from his October harvest. My Mom and got the house all clean up and ready for the coming Xmas. Lilly and I had good matches of chasing around the kitchen and playing the game of ground hog.

At the Grahams, we had some good pumpkins explosions this year again, with up close gopro footage.

I got to feed all the left over pumpkins to the cows, and go to see them skip and hope ad get all excited about their snacks.

It was good to see all the cousins and family again, and bingo was just as intense as ever.

The last little surprise was some barn raising on Jay and Emilee’s new property. Fueled on a healthy portion of dunken donuts, I got to play Iron Worker with Matt, my dad, jay’s dad, Jack, Muriel, Rhiannon and Emilee.
