This is combination of two weekends worth of random events and trips. Lets start off with the most important one, the stainless steel barrel hunt!
Looking Glass – Wet North and Dry South, Camping

Beach Trip: Charleston
Folly Beach
Now that the beach is within reasonable driving distance, it was time to dip into the Atlantic Ocean again. First time in six years for me. Charleston, SC is the closest beach from Charlotte so this would the destination.
Nick and Nevko Photoshoot
On Location
In the talks for a while now, Nick and I had to come up for something awesome for Ben’s wedding coming up in July. Settling on gift ideas, we now needed to implement the Photoshoot portion of the gift.
Photos of the Sand Dunes
Vast and Sandy
Another trip to the sand dunes was taken in the midst of winter. Alexis was in town so I dragged her on the three hour trip down to one of the stranger national parks. We lucked up and the morning haze which hung around the Front Range on the drive down, burned out or blew away, so we were left with bluebird skys.
West Virginia: The Gauley and New River
New River Bridge
The last Saturday on the East coast, I took a trip down to Wild and Wonderful West Virgina to explore around Summersville and the New River. Alexis has done this several times already and had the entire itinerary lined out (WITH NO DEVIATIONS!).
