A quick and highly needed trip back to Crabtree, PA, for the annual festival was planned and executed. We made the drive back late Friday night and pulled in around 1:30am as per the norm. Excitement was in the air as we made our way up from the south to the hills of western pa. However, after leaving Charlotte Wednesday afternoon, we decided it would not be necessary to make the haul up in one push. So we stayed the night at the ACC campground at the New River.
Crabtree Fireworks
In the middle of July, the annual family reunion took place back on the farm. Everyone converges for the Crabtree Fireworks. I flew into Charlotte and drove back up to Crabtree with Alexis. Before heading back, I went to a standard trivia night at the FOX and HOUND. I also lived and enjoyed the trophy lifestyle and hung out with cougars at the pool during the day.
