A quick long weekend trip back to PA, for July 4th so Alexis could try to gather black raspberries and I could lounge in the hot tub. Plus it would be good to get away from the house during the ongoing bathroom renovation.

3 months of not climbing, had a very weird effect on everyone. Everyone first time back end up with good beat down and mine was no exception. 12 weeks of intense hangboarding and corporate meeting curling dumbbells did not prepare me for the outside. My feet/toes were my Achilles heel.

Seattle Work Trip – February 2020
For week I had work out in Seattle for ms ready again. This time I would be presenting and taking some of the presentations. But before hand, Alexis and crosses some more things of the list.
Parents Trip – Winter 2020
Mom and dad came down to visit for a long weekend. We had a bunch of fun events and activities over the couple days.

New River Gorge – 2019 Fall Season
Finally, I was able to dedicate myself to getting out to WV and the New River Gorge for several consecutive weekends in a row. The ending results were a lot of fun with friends and “climbing associates”, sending of many new routes, and even putting up a couple hard ones for myself.
