The journey started on Saturday where we picked up Pat & Garrett and headed from Denver to Thermopolis, WY. Wyoming had dinsoaurs, jackalopes, buffalos and cowboys perched alongside the highway to entertain us on our journey. Thermopolis is a small town with the world’s largest mineral hot spring (they proclaim this with white rocks on the hillside). After driving through town a few times lost, we finally found our campground where we’d pitch our tents in the median between two gravel roads. Classy camping (they had wifi and showers!). We quickly ate and headed over to the hotsprings and chose Starplunge! because it wasn’t in an enclosed igloo and it was open. The retro sign hinted at what was to come… To sum up the Star Plunge I can state the following, rickety, lack supervision, wild, sketchy, and fun. We retired for the night and fell asleep quickly

Home for Easter
I was back again in PA for Easter and I got to experience the lush environment during the spring bloom. During the weeks’ time at home, I started lots of activities and projects, but left them unfinished so my parents had something to keep them occupied with.

Finally after a couple weeks off of rest due to my hurt ankle, I visited Ben, Garret and Bruce in Golden to introduce Garrett to Colorado climbing. Saturday ended up being a scorcher of a day. I made sure to get some rays while climbing.

I ended up working California again for a week at the end of January, it was whirlwind non-stop trip of corporate interworkings. I flew out on Sunday night and got myself a veritable clown car (Kia Rio) and made my way to the my hotel for the next week.
Champagne
After the Christmas activities, I joined Alexis for a ride down to Charlotte. The next couple days were filled with all types of fun activites.
Wild Mustard Fields
I went home for thanksgiving and good times were had on the farm, and with the family. First stop was bear camp up in Marionville with lots of fun, trips to cougar bob’s, healthy breakfast eating, and storytelling.
