For new years we decided to go to Chattanooga again, as a bunch of other Charlotte people were going there too. I had a brief layover in Charlotte, before heading out on I40 to reach Chattanooga.

Travels and Vagabonds
After full week of work and a quiet Friday night, the Florida Tourist experience began with a Saturday afternoon flight on Frontier with only the clothes on my back. I’ll will just state that this flight was pretty bad. Not in a flying service or turbence experience, but a personal headache sinus block type of experience. The last 30 mins of the 90-minute flight, I prayed for any type of relief as I felt my eyes and frontal lobe pounded in a cracking pulse and the flow of blood felt like it could pop at any moment.

Quick weekend trip up to KY in November turn out to be quiet nice and warm. I tried out and rented a 100-400mm lens from canon to play with. We left from Charlotte on Friday and stay in Knoxville for the night.

For Alexis’s birthday, we need to tick off the closest national park to us. We wanted to visit swamps of SC. Alexis’s dad, Tom, drove us down to the park so we could walk around and kayak.
There was no admission fee and the park were pretty neat.

We headed out to Paris, France on at night and got to CDA early in the Monday. The Air France flight over was a good as we could have hoped for. Movies, food and drinks made the 7 hour flight much easier. Custom lines were quick to enough to get through, and the train into town was quite quick.
