With the lockdown being slightly lifted and Alexis and I were now completely work from home employees, we picked up all our stuff and Mallo and spent a week up in PA.
When we were not working, the rest of the day was filled with tree trimming, and brush hogging, and eating as much Fablo’s Pizza as possible. We got the brush hog primed for the incoming growing season.
One evening, i was able to meet up with Tyler for a quick mountain bike session in Frick park. I got to ride Tyler’s squishy bike and he got to use an old mono-shock. We rip s really sweet downhill trail and then a awesome out and back ridge trail overlooking the Waterfront. We also got to meet all the new puppies, River, Brooklyn, and “Quagmire”. Quagmire pee’d on me.
Late on the in the week, Tyler called me up and we set up a bee capture operation. With Matt, Tyler, my dad and I, we put together a hodgepoge of bee suits, fix with painters tape, and climbed to the top of Matt’s House. Tyler was able to undo the wire messed and put it in a bucket. We then fixed up a hive and waited to see if they would stick around.
