New River Compilation
Now being on the east coast the New River Gorge is easy to access. Since there have been several stops here on a couple weekends including the New River Rendezvous this is one compilation of the trips.
Rendezvous X:
- Camping at the AAC Campground
- Demo’ed tenaya shoes
- Partied with a bunch of people at Burnwood
- Took an all around climbing clinic with Alexis, she learned how to rappel and place gear.
- Went to Junkyard and Sandstonia
Weekend trip with Barnette and John Pike:
- Went to Summersville
- Climbed Gun wall and Orange Oswald wall
- Deepwater soloing at Whipporwill
- Met John’s friend with the octocopter, it took some awesome video, then crashed in the lake.
- Got on Wreckless Abandon.
